Project Description

Sales process is the core for any business as the revenue flows into the organization from here. Companies expect their accountants to track the customer sales order confirmation based on the credit history, ensure follow-up for dispatch of goods, invoicing and finally collecting funds on time. Sending reminders and providing details to sales coordinators of the customers (debtors) account statement, and bill detail is important in the cycle. As the organization grows, the process of tracking orders, deliveries, returns, invoicing and collections need to be integrated and traceable.

The course is designed to ensure you get a thorough understanding and control of the complete cycle from order to receipt. The cycle starts with quotations, sales order, checking material, goods dispatch note, issuing credit note, collection from customers and adjusting final balances.

The objective of the course is to ensure that you have full visibility of the tasks and stages in process; you are able to plan the projected cash inflow and enable the management with required data to take better decisions in managing customers. Accountants and managers who master this process would be in a position to add more values to their companies and eventually get more authority and faster growth.

They have to extend  data based support for better decision making for the organisation and ensure development of right controls for the growth and profitability of the company.
